Currently, most organisations are using structured testing, based on ISTQB, IEEE, ISO or test methods such as TestFrame® and TMap®. In first instance these methods are used very enthusiastically, however after a certain period employees are less motivated to deliver and maintain good quality test sets.

Problems with an unrealistic planning, a small budget and motivated employees create a downwards spiral of quality delivered. HSQA identifies these problems and tries to solve them by focussing on the budget, the employees and / or the planning.

A significant amount of resources, approximately 70%, is required to develop test sets.
