FAQ: Where is my documentation stored
All the documentation is stored at the secure part of our servers. HSQA has outsourced the maintenance and management of the servers to an organisation in the Netherlands.
Their servers and back-up servers are located in the Netherlands.
FAQ: Who has access to my documentation
Only HSQA employees assigned to the project can access any relevant documentation, including documentation from the client.
After the project is finalised the documentation is no longer accessible.
FAQ: To which countries do you outsource
At the moment HSQA employs personnel in three countries: the Netherlands, the
United Kingdom and the People's Republic of China. Depending
on the client's need we can outsource the work to any of these
countries, based upon the budget available, the work load,
the language and the planning.
FAQ: In which file type are the products delivered
All the products are, by default, delivered using Microsoft Excel (.xls) files. See example.
FAQ: Are different file types possible
One of HSQA goals is to reduce the height of the investment, this is accomplished
by working with standardised methods and products. HSQA
provides the flexibility to deviate from this standard, but when
additional investment is required it will be passed on to the requesting client.
FAQ: Can we start a partnership
HSQA has been contacted by a number of organisations to create partnerships. HSQA is open to any partnership, as long as the
partnership is adding value to both partners.
FAQ: How does partnering with HSQA add value
HSQA is a service provider to the software testing industry, the central purpose of partnering is to increase productivity.
Once this aim has been achieved, the greater productivity can be used to pursue other secondary goals.
For example, productivity gains can be used to increase quality, invest in research and undertake training.
Partnering is simply a much more effective and efficient way of working.
FAQ: Can I maintain control of my client relationship
HSQA is here as an extension of your team, not to replace
you in any way. The partnership is simple to explain – you
are providing testing services for your client just as you
normally would. You hire HSQA to do the back-end with whatever
features your client requires. Ultimately, HSQA is a third
party service provider. You are developing test ware for your
client, HSQA will work with you to provide whatever level
of service is necessary – at your consent, with your involvement.
FAQ: What if my competitor is a HSQA partner
HSQA works with qualified partners and all of HSQA's relationships are 100% confidential. HSQA's support for any other
organisation or professional, does not affect or interfere with HSQA's ability to support you.
FAQ: Do I have a single point of contact
Each client has its own account manager, this account manager is your single point of contact. The account manager takes
care of all the communication between the client and our back office employees. The client will not be contacted by any
body other then the account manager.
FAQ: Does HSQA provide a test environment
HSQA has a lot of knowledge and capacity to help you with testing, unfortunately HSQA has no knowledge and capacity
to build and maintain test environments for our clients. We however can help with writing the requirements for a test
environment.
