• Test analyst
  As a test analyst you will be working in often complex projects where you are responsible, as a consultant, for executing the test analysis. For designing and writing test conditions and test cases, based on the the system specifications, you are using test specification techniques. The test design is the basis for the plan, wherein you provide, as a test analyst, the execution hierarchy of the test cases. Furthermore, as a test analyst you will report the test results, for example in TestDirector®, and are you able to work with test tools.

  • Bachelor's Degree;
  • Knowledge of test methods;
  • Knowledge of basis techniques of structured testing;
  • Knowledge of requirements;
  • Analytic abilities and structured approach;
  • Familiar using test analysis techniques;
  • Familiar with reviewing of test specifications;
  • Familiar with applying check lists;

• Test engineer
  As a test engineer you are responsible for planning and navigating test scripts for automatic testing and the set-up and maintenance of test environments. Furthermore, HSQA expects an active contribution in the set-up and expansion of new and existing automating concepts.

• Test coordinator
  As a test coordinator you will be working as a consultant at a customer site. The test coordinator leads a test team. He is responsible for budgeting, planning & organising all test activities: writing test plans, in between progress and test reports, and execute the test process. Furthermore, the test coordinator is responsible for reporting the quality of the software.

  • Bachelor's Degree;
  • Knowledge of structured testing;
  • At least one certificate;
  • Analytic abilities and structured approach;
  • Knowledge of Requirement and Risk Based Testing (RRBT);
  • Familiar and experience with project management methods;

• Test manager
  A test manager leads one or more test teams. The test manager is responsible for budgeting, planning, organising and execution of all test activities. Also the test manager will provide some level of coaching to HSQA test consultants.

  • Bachelor's Degree, study in ICT;
  • Experience as a test analyst and possible test engineer;
  • Minimal 1 year experience as test coordinator;
  • Experience with leading a test team (minimal 2 years) in a project;
  • Thorough knowledge and experience with test methods, est techniques and test tools;
  • Familiar using planning and budgeting techniques and tools;
  • Knowledge of Requirement and Risk Based Testing (RRBT);
  • Familiar with Quality Assurance;
  • Familiar with Risk management;
  • Familiar applying test improvement models (TMM, TPI);
  • Familiar with groups inspections (Fagan Inspections);
  • Familiar executing audits on test plans;
  • Knowledge of concepts for automatic testing;
  • Knowledge of using automatic test tools.
